All orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding some holidays). Pure Romance ships all packages via UPS and offers the following shipping methods for your convenience.

  • Please take processing times into consideration when selecting Next Day or 2-Day shipping options at checkout.
  • Orders shipping to HI, AK, and APO can take between 2-3 weeks when using the UPS SurePost shipping method.

  • Your order will be processed and shipped within 5 business days after the order is placed - excluding weekends and holidays.
  • You will receive an Order Confirmation email when your order is processed, which will include your UPS tracking number.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

We’re not satisfied until you are! Pure Romance stands behind its products with a 90-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase or experience an issue with a product within the first 90 days from the purchase date, you may return the product for a merchandise credit. Customer is responsible for the return shipping and all original parts,
cords, controls, etc. must be included. Lingerie must be unworn and in its original packaging with tags on, lubricants or other liquid products must be unopened.

After the first 90 days from the original purchase date, Pure Romance warranties toys for a period of one year against manufacturing defects or materials that affect the product's function. 

This warranty does not cover cosmetic deterioration caused by normal wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse, or neglect. Taking the intimacy product apart (or its accessories) will render the warranty invalid.

Return or Exchange:

To return a product for credit, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) from our Support Team. You can do so by submitting a Support Portal request.
